Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join the TechChill 2027 core team! You'll get to take the lead on our marketing, come up with campaigns, tell stories that get people excited, and work with some awesome people across the international startup ecosystem. You'll have plenty of room to get creative, experiment, and make things happen. We're also all about working smarter, so curiosity about AI tools, automations, and new ways of doing things is a big plus!

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning and creating content for socials, newsletters, and blogs

• Working with community partners and our PR team on communications

• Creating live content during TechChill 2027

• Exploring AI tools and automations to make marketing smarter

• You have hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing

• You’re a strong writer, storyteller, confident with videos, and know your way around socials

• You can plan ahead, juggle deadlines, and get things done

• You’re proactive, creative, and curious about startups and tech
