Senior Fullstack (React+Nest.js) Developer

Our team is looking for a Senior Fullstack (React+Nest.js) Developer for one of our clients.

Our customer  is a digital asset bank founded in 2018 and headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. It operates at the intersection of traditional finance and the digital asset economy, providing regulated services such as asset management, tokenization, trading, and digital asset custody. The company focuses on delivering secure, compliant, and regulated solutions for institutional and private clients.

Our expectations of the candidate:

• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript.

• Experience with React more than 5 years.

• Experience with Nestjs more than 2 years.

• Basic Docker knowledge, CI/CD experience.

• Infrastructure knowledge: Monorepo, GitLab pipelines, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Datadog.

• Ability to work with Agile\Scrum.

• Flexibility in changing technologies, ability to combine various activities.

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Soft skills:

• Highly motivated and result-oriented engineer with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to software engineering.

• Owership, proactivity.

• Good skills in problem-solving

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with backend development, cloud services, and databases.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Analysis and estimation of new tasks.

• Task implementation (writing code, test coverage, verification in environments) and ownership (clarification, resolving dependencies and blockers).

• AI-first development, but responsibility for the delivered work remains with the developer.

• Product support duty, mainly in production. Analysis of logs and events in the logging system (Datadog), incident response and escalation.
