We are looking for a Project Manager to strengthen execution discipline across a fast-moving product and infrastructure team.

The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations. The team works across multiple parallel tracks, where priorities may evolve quickly and delivery often depends on coordination between different owners and stakeholders. In this setup, the Project Manager is responsible for creating clarity, maintaining momentum, and making sure plans translate into actual execution.

This is not a strategy-setting role and not a product ownership role. The Project Manager is expected to drive day-to-day project control: track progress in detail, surface risks early, keep teams aligned, and ensure that deadlines, decisions, and follow-ups do not get lost.

Success in this role means the team has strong visibility across projects, blockers are escalated on time, meetings result in clear next steps, and weekly reporting reflects the real state of execution.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed tracking across all active projects, workstreams, and milestones.

• Attend all relevant syncs, including technical syncs, project syncs, and cross-functional coordination meetings.

• Capture decisions, action items, owners, deadlines, and dependencies from meetings.

• Follow up with responsible owners to ensure agreed actions are completed on time.

• Monitor delivery plans and timelines, and proactively flag risks, delays, or scope changes.

• Strengthen execution discipline and reinforce team processes across ongoing work.

• Ensure project information is up to date in the team’s tracking systems and documentation.

• Prepare and maintain weekly project reports with clear status, risks, and next steps.

• Escalate blockers, conflicting priorities, or delivery issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

• Support better coordination between product, engineering, and operations functions.

• Help make team execution more predictable, transparent, and manageable over time.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or program coordination in a tech environment.

• Proven ability to manage several parallel projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to keep structured control over moving parts.

• Ability to work with technical teams and confidently participate in technical syncs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to turn discussions into clear actions, owners, and timelines.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Strong sense of ownership and execution discipline.

• Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar.

Preferred:

• Experience in product or engineering-led organizations.

• Experience preparing leadership-level status reports.

• Experience improving team processes, not just tracking existing ones.
