Project Manager

As part of our continued business growth, the Project Manager will play a key role in leading and delivering a portfolio of strategic initiatives over the next year. We are seeking a professional with strong expertise in banking and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to manage complex projects and align cross-functional teams. This role is critical for ensuring consistent delivery, operational discipline, and measurable business impact across all project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure.

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and compliance, to ensure project success.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Lead Scrum teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Ensure the successful implementation of Agile methodologies and practices within projects.

• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management team.

• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• A PMP certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in the banking industry.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

• Experience managing projects using Scrum and other Agile methodologies.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
