Project Manager
Location: Manila, Philippines
Remote work is possible, core working hours are 12:00 - 18:00 GMT+8
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Team for driving customer engagement, retention, and brand connection through creative and data-driven initiatives.
In this role, you will lead high-impact projects that inspire engagement, strengthen loyalty, and bring new creative ideas to life. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, product, analytics, development, design, legal, and compliance transforming concepts into seamless, customer-focused solutions. You will be responsible for turning strategy into action.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engagement and loyalty initiatives across multiple channels.
Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between marketing, product, analytics, developers, legal, compliance, and design.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee the creation and implementation of special campaigns, brand activations, and engagement mechanics from concept to launch.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights to optimize engagement and retention results.
Identify potential risks and proactively address challenges to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, transparent communication throughout all project phases.
You’re a great fit if you:
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within marketing, gamification, product, or loyalty program domains.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel).
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to assessing performance and success.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and genuine passion for creating meaningful customer engagement.
