Project Manager

A Project Manager is required for a game development department to manage projects related to the development of gaming products (slots). The role involves working in a high-load environment with limited resources and fixed release deadlines.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the full cycle of game development involving cross-functional teams (Game Design, Art, Math, Frontend, Backend, QA), ensuring predictable and well-managed delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle project management (from initiation to delivery);

• Managing dependencies (cross-team / cross-functional);

• Building and maintaining project plans;

• Estimation and validation of project scope and timelines;

• Managing timelines, scope, and priorities Identifying, assessing, and proactively escalating risks;

• Stakeholder management (alignment of expectations, status transparency);

• Organizing team workflows and maintaining an effective delivery process;

• Monitoring task execution and ensuring commitments on timelines and scope are met.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in outsourcing or a similar environment (multiple stakeholders, external dependencies);

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (multi-project management);

• Ability to work with changing requirements and priorities;

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Practical experience managing cross-team/task dependencies;

• Fluent in both Russian and English.
