Project Manager

Project Details: Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months/fulltime Location: Remote Language: English Candidate Location: EU only

Tasks:

• Provide project management services for Commercial Productivity Program initiatives

• Plan, manage, and deliver agile/waterfall projects within deadlines and budgets, ensuring alignment across diverse IT and business stakeholders

• Drive agile practices, including adoption of agile tools, routines, artefacts, and culture

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, including third-party contractors or consultants

• Communicate expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders through agile routines

• Foster stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives
  Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in agile project management, agile transformation, and Commercial process improvement

• Proven experience as Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager or similar role, with a focus on process automation, improvement, and digitalization

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Bee4IT)

• Exposure/experience in Commercial/Sales projects (processes and tools)

• Experience with Commercial processes and related tools (Salesforce, SAP CRM)

• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and change management skills
