Project manager
We’re looking for a Project Manager/ Delivery Manager to take ownership of operational delivery across multiple product streams. In this role, you will plan and follow sprints, coordinate work between teams, manage releases, and help new team members get started. You will work closely with the CTO, Product Managers, and Tech Leads to make sure development stays clear, fast, and well organized.
Tech stack: YouTrack (Agile boards, sprints, reports), GitHub → migration to GitLab (issues, boards, milestones), Discord/Telegram for communication, CI/CD for releases. Scrum framework for team ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retro).
Experience Level: Middle / Senior.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning & decomposition: Build backlogs with product managers, break down epics into tasks, set priorities and deadlines
2. Agile ceremonies: Prepare and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring goals and results are documented
3. Sprint execution: Maintain Agile boards in YouTrack (workflows, statuses, WIP limits, reports), track progress, and resolve blockers
4. Release management: Own release calendar, identify dependencies, align on Definition of Done, draft release notes, and conduct post-release analysis
5. Process & metrics: Set up team processes (rituals, SLAs, Definition of Ready), monitor and report on velocity and predictability
6. Tool migration: Support migration from GitHub to GitLab, defining rules for issues, boards and milestones
7. Onboarding & communications: Planning onboarding (checklists, accesses, first tasks), moderate team meetings (plannings, syncs, tech talks), and manage communication in Discord/Telegram
8. Risks & incidents: Identify process/people/dependency risks, take preventive actions, and coordinate quick fix cycles with retrospectives
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience as a Project/Delivery Manager in product development (IT)
2. Proven experience scaling teams (hiring plans, onboarding, competency matrix)
3. Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and short release cycles (1–2 weeks)
4. Hands-on experience with YouTrack (Agile boards, reports) and GitHub/GitLab (issues, boards, milestones)
5. Basic QA/DevOps knowledge (understanding CI/CD pipelines).
Nice-to-have:
1. Experience with migration projects (tools, processes, workflows)
2. Familiarity with metrics-driven delivery (cycle time, lead time, predictability)
3. Exposure to incident management in production environments.
