Product Manager

Inside Fura

The company has two main areas: operations and tech. You'll work in the tech area and work closely with the operations team. We start our projects by asking "Why?" and setting expectations with numbers. By using a data-driven approach, we can see trends and improve business processes. Our team consists of talented and energetic professionals who are experts in data analytics, supply chain, software engineering, and finance. We've worked with top global companies like UberFreight, TQL, Turvo, Highway. We strive to use best practices, rely on data, regularly adjust processes, and introduce new approaches to work.

Target

We aim to automate a significant part of our company through the development of proprietary tools, as well as utilizing existing ones on the market. We have divided this process into several stages:

• Predict transportation costs

• Shipment bidding

• Carrier Sales

• Compliance

• Track & Trace

• Billing

Expectations

• 3 years of product management experience, with at least 1 year working on AI/ML-powered products or features.

• Demonstrated experience running the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration.

• Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering best practices, and AI evaluation techniques.

• Strong data literacy — comfortable querying data (SQL or equivalent), interpreting analytics dashboards, and defining product metrics.

• Technical fluency sufficient to read API documentation, participate in architecture discussions, and collaborate effectively with engineers.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple internal teams with competing priorities.

• Level of spoken English intermediate+
