Product Content Specialist

paytech is a dynamic fintech company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation in payments. We deliver cutting-edge white-label payment gateway, payment orchestration, and financial management technologies customised to fit our partners’ business needs. 

We are looking for a Product Content Specialist to become the voice of our products. You'll work closely with our Product, Development and Marketing teams to turn complex payment technology into content that's clear, engaging and valuable for our clients and prospects. From new feature launches and product updates to educational blog articles and website content, you'll own how our products are communicated across every marketing channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the content strategy for paytech's products and platform modules

• Write feature announcements, release notes and product updates

• Create educational blog posts explaining payment technology, industry trends and platform capabilities

• Develop website copy for products, features and landing pages

• Produce LinkedIn posts and other marketing content focused on product education

• Transform technical documentation into customer-friendly content

• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to understand new functionality before launch

• Interview internal teams to uncover product stories worth sharing

• Build messaging that clearly explains how our products solve real business challenges

• Create sales enablement materials including product one-pagers, brochures and presentations

• Help maintain a consistent tone of voice across all product communications

Requirements:

• Exceptional English writing skills

• Experience in payments, fintech or SaaS

• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple language

• Excellent interviewing and research skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working with Product, Development and Marketing teams

• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
