System Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Sublicensing team and take ownership of sublicensing processes, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data, finance, and product, helping to design scalable pipelines, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure transparency and accuracy in royalty reporting. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, implement data quality standards, and drive insights that support business growth. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a strategic mindset and thrives in solving complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits, including annual reviews for top 10 clients

• Analyze existing sublicensing processes in AS400 and design an improved, scalable pipeline

• Develop financial models and calculate unit economics across different client segments

• Evaluate current pricing structures and oversee their ongoing optimization and maintenance

• Standardize reporting formats for sublicensees to ensure consistency and accuracy

• Design and implement data pipelines for efficient report processing

• Develop mechanisms to reconcile payments with submitted reports

• Design and implement algorithms for accurate royalty calculations

• Build structured and transparent reporting systems for rights holders

• Establish and maintain a robust data quality control framework

• Analyze client portfolios and develop segmentation strategies

• Evaluate licenses and products, prioritize them, and define discount and markup policies

Required experience

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and optimization

• Hands-on experience with Python for data processing, cleaning, and analysis

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design

• Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics for modeling and hypothesis testing

• Well-developed soft skills, including collaboration, problem-solving, and clear documentation writing

• Advanced experience working with AI-driven tools and clients

• Fluency in English
