Operations Manager – Senior

SOFTSWISS is hiring an Operations Manager to coordinate cross-functional business processes across multiple functions and projects. In this role, you will connect business and shared functions, manage dependencies, support cross-functional project readiness, and ensure clear ownership of priorities and action points across teams.

Purpose of the role

You will be responsible for maintaining a clear and structured way of working across Product, Commercial, Payments, Risk, Support, Compliance, and other functions.

Working closely with the Head of Project Operations, you will coordinate dependencies, track risks and decisions, support cross-functional initiatives and operational coordination, and make sure priorities are translated into clear actions, owners, and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support the operating model together with the Head of Project Operations.

• Coordinate collaboration between Product, Platform, Payments, Risk, Compliance, Support, Commercial, and other functions.

• Manage cross-functional dependencies, action points, deadlines, and ownership.

• Track readiness and progress across functions involved in key business initiatives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout key project stages.

• Identify blockers, unresolved risks, and capacity gaps and escalate them when required.

• Drive critical issues and escalations through to resolution.

• Maintain SOPs, checklists, and other key process documentation.

• Ensure that critical tasks have a clear owner, deadline, and expected outcome.

• Collect key updates and KPIs from functional leads.

• Maintain consolidated visibility over open issues, risks, dependencies, and decisions required from management.

• Provide management with a clear view of project status and progress.

• Work closely with the Head of Project Operations and other senior stakeholders on priorities and cross-functional roadmaps.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Program Operations, or a similar cross-functional role.

• Experience coordinating multiple business functions and stakeholders.

• Strong process and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience supporting complex cross-functional projects or business initiatives.

• Strong understanding of dependencies, ownership, risk tracking, and escalation management.

• Experience building and maintaining processes, SOPs, and checklists.

• Ability to drive progress and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, betting, or online gaming.

• Experience working across Product, Payments, Risk, Compliance, Support, Commercial, or other business functions.

• Experience building operational processes from scratch.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools.

• Experience working with BI and reporting systems.
