As a Motion Designer, you will create engaging video ads for performance marketing, come up with new creative ideas, and use AI tools to produce and improve visual content.

Your main responsibilities:

• Create high-quality video ads for performance marketing.

• Come up with new ideas and ensure high-quality visual content.

• Generate video and static content using AI tools

You're a great fit if you have:

• 2+ years of experience with digital products in performance marketing.

Video editing:

• Strong video editing skills and a solid grasp of editing basics.

• Understanding of motion design basics and basic After Effects skills.

• Ability to work with sound and audio tracks.

• A sharp eye for video editing, with a good sense of rhythm, style, and current trends.

Tools:

• Confident with Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut.

• Experience with AI tools for generating static and video content, this is a must.

Performance marketing:

• Understanding of performance marketing basics and what kind of ad creatives it requires.

• A drive to automate routine tasks and suggest ways to optimize team processes.

• English level B1 or higher.
