Key Objectives

• Audit the current team structure, processes, workload, competencies, and costs.

• Reorganize and optimize the design function to improve efficiency and accountability.

• Establish clear workflows, planning, prioritization, and quality control processes.

• Identify skill gaps, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimize budget allocation.

• Build a scalable, high-performing design organization with predictable delivery and measurable results.

• 8–10+ years of experience in design management, with a proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary teams of 15–20+ people.

• Extensive experience building, restructuring, and scaling design organizations.
