Middle Product Analyst

At Axlebolt we create games played daily by millions of users worldwide. Standoff 2 is one of the company’s key projects — a live product with continuous updates and a large volume of content. The Product Analytics team helps make data-informed decisions and better understand how players interact with the product. We analyze the in-game economy, player behavior, and the performance of in-game events, build dashboards, and calculate event balance to identify growth opportunities and improve the player experience.

Tasks that you have to work with:

• Support the team with product analytics tasks: analyze in-game events, the in-game economy, and player behavior
• Conduct simple ad hoc research: collect data, test hypotheses, and formulate conclusions
• Participate in analyzing the in-game economy and calculating the balance of in-game events
• Build and maintain dashboards for key product metrics
• Prepare analytical reports and visualizations based on research results
• Maintain productive communication with stakeholders
• Contribute to product improvements for in-game events and features

It will help you with this:

• 2+ years of experience in product analytics
• Experience in game development and with mobile applications
• Strong proficiency in Python and Pandas
• Basic understanding of statistics and experience with Tableau
• Ability to work with data: collect, analyze, identify patterns, and formulate conclusions
• A proactive approach, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in product analytics
