Main Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner for one of our core product segments - building trusted relationships with product, marketing and leadership, challenging plans and the numbers behind the decisions

• Drive the insights agenda - turn business signals and leadership questions into a prioritised analytical pipeline, and deliver insights that change decisions rather than just describe the past

• Perform deep-dive analyses on the levers that drive a subscription business - growth, retention, unit economics and marketing efficiency (LTV/CAC, ROAS, payback)

• Build forecasts and plans for your segment, with a relentless focus on assumption quality

• Prepare high-impact analysis and materials for internal and external stakeholders

• Communicate performance, trends and insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise and influential way.

 Core Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Several years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, consulting, or a comparable analytical role

• A self-starter who owns scope end-to-end and generates insight independently, with minimal direction

• Strong business acumen and the confidence to partner with, and constructively challenge, senior non-finance stakeholders

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to turn large datasets into a clear, decision-ready story

• Excellent written and spoken English, and outstanding communication skills.

Nice To Have

• Experience with a planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, or similar)

• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Looker

• Familiarity with subscription / consumer unit economics.
