Marketing Manager
About the Company
SkillCampVR develops immersive VR training solutions for enterprises across Europe and North America. Our clients include innovative companies and consulting firms seeking to modernize employee learning through virtual environments. We are expanding our marketing activities and looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to define and implement marketing strategy across our key growth areas — demand generation, digital presence, and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Define and implement lead generation strategy across DACH, EU, and North America.
Define ICP and target segments together with Sales for outbound activities, supporting ongoing market hypothesis testing.
Build and continuously improve automated processes for collecting qualified cold contact databases.
Scale the volume of collected contacts through improved tools, data sources, and automation.
Prepare outreach materials used by Sales (presentations, email pitches, LinkedIn messages).
Ensure contact lists and outreach materials are continuously updated and available in CRM before Sales outreach begins.
Plan and execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize conversion.
Set up and monitor tools and processes for tracking tenders and identifying relevant opportunities.
Sales Enablement
Oversee the creation of marketing materials for Sales — presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and brochures.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with Sales and Product teams.
Website & Digital Presence
Define and continuously improve website strategy, structure, and messaging for lead generation and SEO performance.
Manage content planning and publishing for news, product updates, and customer stories.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure website functionality, analytics, and conversion tracking are maintained.
Social Media & Events
Manage SkillCampVR’s LinkedIn presence: content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics.
Monitor key industry events and exhibitions, manage attendance planning, and execute follow‑up lead generation.
Brand Development
Lead the rebranding process — defining updated visual identity, tone of voice, and communication guidelines.
Strengthen brand authority through social proof, case studies, and external PR mentions.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in technology, consulting, or SaaS industries).
Experience defining and implementing lead generation and outreach strategy.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, website management, and SEO.
Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and WordPress CMS.
Excellent English (C1-C2 level); German proficiency is a plus.
Structured, proactive, data‑driven, and confident working with Sales and tech teams.
