🔥 What You Need

• 1+ year in marketing, product analytics, or project management

• Comfortable with numbers and basic product/marketing analytics

• Curious, proactive, and okay with being wrong — as long as you learn fast

• Can communicate complex ideas clearly and work well across teams

• English B2+

• Run product experiments to move key metrics

• Dig into user behavior data and surface actionable insights

• Help prioritize and test growth hypotheses with the product team

• Collaborate across marketing, product, and creative

• Gradually take ownership of your own product areas
