Influencer & Partnerships Manager (Outreach & Product Listings)

We are looking for an experienced Influencer & Partnerships Manager to grow product visibility through creators, media placements, review platforms, directories, and strategic partnerships. This role combines influencer marketing, outreach, product distribution, and performance tracking.

What will you do

• Research and identify relevant YouTube creators, Telegram channels, influencers, media platforms, and other potential partners aligned with our products and target audiences.
• Manage the full influencer and partnership cycle: prospecting, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, publication, and follow-up.
• Build long-term relationships with creators, publishers, platform representatives, and other external partners.
• Track placement performance and evaluate partnerships against agreed traffic, acquisition, engagement, and conversion KPIs.
• Maintain a structured CRM/database of active and prospective partners, placements, costs, and results.
• Manage product presence across software portals, review platforms, directories, and relevant listings, keeping product information, screenshots, descriptions, changelogs, and download links up to date.
• Identify new platforms and distribution opportunities relevant to the product.
• Communicate with portal administrators, editors, and platform representatives to secure and improve product presence.
• Monitor ratings, reviews, and user feedback across relevant third-party platforms.
• Coordinate guest posts and other external content when relevant: prepare briefs, work with copywriters, and review materials before publication.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Content, SEO, Analytics, and Product teams to align outreach activities with broader marketing goals.
• Ensure placements use the required tracking links / UTMs and maintain accurate campaign reporting.
• Use AI tools and automation to improve partner research, prospecting, monitoring, reporting, and other repetitive workflows.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, outreach, partnerships, digital PR, creator marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience finding and contacting creators, publishers, media platforms, or external partners and taking collaborations from first contact to publication.
• Strong research and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of basic digital marketing metrics and the ability to evaluate placement performance.
• Experience working with tracking links, UTMs, analytics tools, or campaign reporting.
• Confident working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and structured databases.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
• Interest in using AI and automation tools to improve everyday workflows.
• Experience with SaaS, mobile apps, cybersecurity, VPN, or other IT products is a strong plus.
• Experience with review platforms, software directories, SEO tools, or digital PR is a plus, but not required.
