HR People Partner

We are looking for an HR People Partner who will take on the task of building key processes and become an integrator of HR practices into teams.

👾 What you will be doing:

• Manage the team evaluation process: launch performance reviews, conduct regular assessments and pulse surveys. Collect feedback, formulate recommendations, and maintain a transparent evaluation system.

• Strengthen motivation and internal communication: generate ideas for events, enhance team dynamics, and assist in organizing engaging internal activities.

• Work with numbers and insights: analyze HR metrics and propose solutions that genuinely improve processes and atmosphere.

• Participate in HR projects: be a driver for the implementation of best practices and strengthen current initiatives.

• Support employees at every stage: accompany the team throughout the entire life cycle.

• Develop the team: organize training, educational programs, and select targeted training based on employee requests.

💜 What we expect from you:

• At least 3 years of experience in HR in technology companies.

• Experience in implementing HR projects.

• Knowledge of modern HR processes and tools.

• Experience in supporting and maintaining key HR processes (performance, training, communications, onboarding, etc.).

• English language proficiency at B2 level (we have an English-speaking team).

• Willingness to take responsibility for the final result.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience working with international teams.
