HR Manager

Easybrain is looking for a skilled HR Manager for our Cyprus office, who will be a part of our current HR team and responsible for our HR processes and new recruitments. This is a great opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact on our growing team that develops top-notch products.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, pre-screening, on-site/online interviews;

• Coordinating adaptation and performance;

• Working with current HR procedures and policies and implementing new ones;

• Advising management on personnel management issues;

• Handling relocation and immigration processes for new employees;

• Providing support to employees and resolving any HR-related issues;

• Organising corporate and social events;

• Preparing various reports and ad-hoc analysis;

• Supervising health and safety policies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR field, preferably in an international IT/gaming company;

• Managerial skills;

• Great interpersonal and communication skills;

• Russian language is a must;

• Very good command of the English language;

• Good command of the Greek language will be a strong advantage;

• Knowledge of Cyprus Labour and Immigration Law and other requirements of Governmental Authorities;

• Computer Skills.
