HR Manager

Location: Riga (Latvia) / hybrid (3/2 or 4/1)

SPH Engineering is an international IT company from Latvia and a leader in software development. Founded in 2013, today we operate in 150+ countries with offices in Latvia, Serbia, and the USA.

We are now looking for an HR Manager who will play a key role in developing HR processes in the company and, in the future, grow into an HR Director role and build a team.

What you will do

• Full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, process management.

• Employee development & training: build an internal and external learning system.

• Collaborate with department managers and the international team (Latvia, Serbia, USA).

• Corporate culture, management development program, and team engagement.

• HR administration (terminations, vacations, salaries — handled via an external service).

• Participation in strategic HR initiatives and forward planning.

What we are looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in HR in IT/tech companies.

• Fluent English; Latvian is a plus.

• Ability to build HR strategy, not only handle daily tasks.

• Structured, fast, visionary, able to connect with an international team.

• Flexible and proactive, without unnecessary bureaucracy, ready to create and launch new ideas.
