HR Manager
We’re looking for an HR Manager to join our team and help close key management, product, technical, and commercial roles while supporting core HR processes.
This role offers high autonomy, direct collaboration with the business, and ownership of the full hiring cycle — from intake to candidate onboarding.
What you’ll do:
Close roles across Top-management, Product, Tech, and Commercial teams
Manage vacancies end-to-end
Conduct interviews in English
Manage candidate pipelines and hiring statuses
Work closely with hiring managers
Support onboarding and adaptation of new hires
Help organize 1:1s and collect feedback
Participate in evaluation cycles (360 reviews, surveys, etc.)
Work in a platform model, supporting multiple business units
What we’re looking for:
2–3+ years of experience as HR Manager / Senior Recruiter / Recruiter + HR
Experience hiring for managerial and expert roles
Understanding of product, tech, and commercial profiles
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Experience conducting interviews in English
Structured, responsible, and results-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
Nice to have:
Experience in product or IT companies
Experience improving HR processes
Experience working with distributed teams
Interest in growing into an HR Business Partner role
