At TaxDome, we're building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. Founded in 2017, we've grown into a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide with millions of end clients.
You'll be part of a globally distributed team built on trust, ownership, and self-management.
We focus on outcomes over activity, prioritizing clear ownership, pragmatic decision-making, and accountability for results over rigid processes. Collaboration is central to how we operate: we communicate openly, involve the right people early, and continuously improve how we build products and teams together.
We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People Partner team and serve as an embedded strategic partner for TaxDome's Revenue org, the full GTM engine of the company spanning Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing, and International (~135 teammates). You'll build trusted relationships with managers and individual contributors, run structured people processes, and partner with leadership on the decisions that shape how the org grows and performs.
The People Partner function at TaxDome is hands-on by design. You'll be close to both individual contributors and managers, running structured processes and maintaining a real presence in the team's day-to-day. At the same time, we're actively working to reduce the operational weight of the role through AI and automation, with the goal of creating more space for the conversations, insights, and business partnering that drive real impact. This person will carry both: executing the operational work that exists today, and helping us build toward a model where less of the role is process and more of it is judgment.
It's a fully remote role, we are hiring for EST working hours.
Run the full HRBP cycle for the Revenue org, including onboarding check-ins, quarterly 1:1s, adaptation period reviews, cross-review cycles, exit conversations, and engagement follow-up
Identify people risks proactively, such as attrition signals, engagement dips, and performance patterns, and surface them with a clear recommendation
Coach Revenue managers through performance conversations, team health, and people decisions, building their capability rather than their dependency on HR
Own the performance review process end to end for the org, covering calibration prep, rating guidance, documentation, and manager follow-through
Analyze engagement and pulse data for the Revenue org, identify what's driving the results, and propose actions to improve satisfaction and retention
Track eNPS trends and present insights to managers and leadership with clear, actionable next steps
Partner with the People Lead on compensation decisions, contributing an informed perspective on salary structures, variable comp mechanics, and total rewards
Collaborate with Recruiting on role design, talent planning, and new hire integration
Partner with L&D to identify capability gaps and co-design development initiatives for the org
Use AI and automation tools to improve the efficiency and quality of your work, and help drive adoption across the People Partner team
Proven track record as an HR Business Partner, HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Generalist in a fast-moving environment such as SaaS, a scale-up, or a startup, where roles are broad and you wear multiple hats
Business-level English and Spanish, written and spoken, precise enough for senior stakeholder conversations and complex people situations
Strong foundation across core HR disciplines: performance management, employee relations, engagement, talent development, and working knowledge of compensation and total rewards
Proficient AI fluency: you integrate AI tools into your daily HR workflows, adapt your approach based on output quality, and can informally guide peers in using AI effectively
Proven remote-first experience: you've built trust and credibility in a fully distributed team, where relationships are built through reliability, quality, and consistency rather than proximity
Comfort with ambiguity: you're used to operating without complete context or fully defined processes, and you figure things out rather than waiting for someone to define them for you
Strong people instincts paired with data confidence: you can read a room, de-escalate tension, navigate competing interests, and back your perspective with numbers when it matters
Experience supporting Revenue orgs specifically, with an understanding of quota cycles, ramp curves, and CS attrition dynamics
Experience with engagement survey analysis and translating results into a prioritized action plan
Exposure to compensation benchmarking methodologies or total rewards design
At TaxDome, we aim to create an environment where people can do their best work and grow alongside the company.
Competitive compensation, paid in USD, transparently shared before the first interview
Fully remote work with flexible hours
30 paid days off annually, plus sick days as needed
Health & well-being support
Learning & development budget to support your professional growth
English lessons reimbursement
Co-working space reimbursement
Company-provided equipment (conditions may vary depending on the role)
A high level of autonomy and ownership in your work
The opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing global SaaS company
A collaborative, international team with a strong product mindset
Upon successful completion of the interview process and acceptance of the offer to join, an employment verification check will be conducted as part of pre-boarding, confirming job titles and dates of engagement with 2 of your previous employers. This is a required step for all new joiners.
If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you could make an impact at TaxDome, we'd love to hear from you!
