Head of User Experience (UX/UI)

B2Tech is seeking a Head of user experience (UX/UI) to own and lead the end-to-end user experience across our mobile-first Sportsbook and Casino platforms.

This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will define UX vision and standards, optimize the full user journey using real behavioral data, and lead a team of product designers delivering pixel-perfect, conversion-optimized user interfaces at scale.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, BI, CRM, and Marketing to create experiences that maximize engagement, retention, monetization, and usability, while meeting the high performance and regulatory requirements of iGaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end UX strategy across Sportsbook, Casino, Payments, Players’ Account, and Back-Office tools
• Define and continuously optimize the full user journey: onboarding → first deposit → first bet/spin → engagement loops → withdrawals → retention
• Establish UX principles, design standards, and design system governance
• Drive mobile-first and performance-optimized UX across all product verticals
• Use behavioral analytics, funnels, heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B tests to guide UX decisions
• Conducting user research to understand the needs of our players
• Continuously identify UX friction points and design improvements backed by data
• Translate insights into actionable design improvements
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineer, BI / Analytics, CRM & Marketing, Compliance & Risk teams
• Participate in roadmap planning and product discovery meetings

Skill Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI design
• 2+ years in a design leadership role (Head/Lead/Manager)
• Experience in iGaming, Casino, Sports, Fintech, or high-transaction consumer platforms.
• Strong experience designing mobile-first consumer products
• Proven track record of data-driven UX optimization
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex user flows and scalable product systems
