Head of Sales LatAm

Our LatAm business unit is growing rapidly, and we have ambitious plans to scale the region. We're looking for a Head of Sales who will own the full commercial vertical, build the team, and deliver multiples in revenue growth.

👾 What you'll do:

  • Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to quality management

  • Build and scale the team: hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews

  • Run the funnel and optimize unit economics: lower acquisition costs, improve conversion, ensure CRM discipline

  • Plan and deliver on KPIs

  • Find new growth levers: study the market, test hypotheses, scale what works

💜 Requirements:

  • Experience managing sales teams of 20+ people with proven results: cases, numbers, references

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making

  • Experience scaling a commercial function

  • Spanish — B2 or above

  • English — B2 or above

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience in EdTech

  • Experience working across international markets

  • Experience using AI tools in sales
