Inbound & Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for Inbound & Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR).

• 🗣 Languages: English C1+ and Spanish C1+ (mandatory)

SPH Engineering develops professional drone solutions used in 150+ countries. Our Integrated Systems team delivers payload integrations for geophysical, hydrographic, and industrial applications.

What you'll do:

Inbound Sales

• Respond to inbound leads within 15 minutes during core working hours.

• Qualify opportunities using the BANT framework and book meetings for Account Executives.

• Nurture early-stage leads and re-engage dormant prospects.

Outbound Sales

• Build relationships with target accounts across Europe, Africa, and Latin America.

• Research companies, identify decision-makers, and map complex buying groups.

• Develop personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.

Sales Operations & Collaboration

• Ensure smooth handovers to Account Executives and regional partners.

• Maintain accurate records and pipeline reporting in Zoho CRM.

• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and share market insights.

• Work with tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clay, Lemlist, and other outbound platforms.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR selling technical B2B products in international markets.

• Hands-on experience in both inbound lead qualification and outbound/ABM prospecting.

• Fluent English and Spanish (C1 or higher in both) — mandatory.

• Experience with CRM systems and outbound prospecting tools.

• Flexibility to work across time zones and travel when required.

• Experience selling hardware, industrial equipment, drone-related technologies, or sensor-based solutions is a strong advantage.

• French or Portuguese is a plus.
