We're Altegio, a fast-growing international SaaS company powering the daily operations of thousands of service businesses worldwide. Our team works across Budapest, São Paulo, Yerevan, Kyiv, and Almaty, with our financial hub in Limassol, Cyprus, where most of our revenue consolidates.
We've recently launched an employee stock option program (ESOP) and are currently raising our next round of investment to accelerate what's next. We're looking for a Head of Finance who wants more than a reporting seat — someone excited to build a modern finance function, improve processes, and use AI as a practical tool to increase efficiency and support better decision-making.

What you'll do
Strategy & the raise
- Own and execute the company's financial strategy — budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
- Support our active fundraising: financial modelling, data rooms, investor-facing reporting, and due diligence.
- Turn financial insight into decisions on resource allocation and where we invest to grow.
Finance operations, built modern
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting across all our markets.
- Lead our internal finance team — accountants and analysts already on board — and coordinate external accounting providers and consultants.
- Own cash flow planning, financial control, and banking relationships.
- Be the company's line of defence on financial quality: keep banks moving, hold external accountants and admins to account, chase down whatever's late or sloppy, and make sure nothing slips through across jurisdictions.
- Use AI agents and automation where they earn their place — reconciliation, data consolidation, forecasting, and routine ops — and help the team adopt them, so automation becomes part of how finance works here.
Capital, tax & M&A
- Manage capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
- Drive tax optimization from our Limassol financial hub — including designing and standing up a planned IP Box structure — and ensure compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements across every region.
- Maintain strong relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and partners.
- Lead financial due diligence and analysis for acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in finance, including senior leadership (Head of Finance, Finance Director, CFO, or similar).
- Proven experience running finance across multiple countries.
- Strong command of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Experience managing accounting and analytics teams, external consultants, and providers.
- Solid grounding in international tax, compliance, and regulation; exposure to IP Box / IP-based tax structures is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI and automation as practical tools to make finance faster and sharper — for yourself and your team.
- Experience supporting fundraising and/or M&A is a strong plus.
- Sharp analytical and strategic thinking with a genuinely hands-on approach.
- Fluent Russian and English are required.
