Head of Data Analytics - Fintech (Limassol)

We are hiring a Head of Data Analytics to build and lead our analytics function, shape data strategy, and drive decision-making across the company.

You will own the analytics roadmap, improve data quality and reporting systems, and ensure leadership has clear, reliable insights for fast business decisions.

What you'll do:

• Lead and grow the data analytics team

• Define and execute the company’s data & analytics strategy

• Build and maintain scalable BI dashboards (Power BI)

• Design KPI frameworks and reporting standards

• Oversee SQL-based analysis and data modeling

• Automate reporting and analytics workflows (Python)

• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership

• Turn business questions into structured analytical solutions

• Improve data quality, consistency, and governance

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Data Analytics / BI / Product Analytics

• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or similar)

• Strong Power BI experience (dashboards, data models, governance)

• Python for data analysis and automation

• Experience with large-scale data environments

• Leadership / team management experience

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

⭐ Nice to have: fintech / SaaS / gaming / e-commerce experience, experimentation, forecasting, modern data stack (dbt, Airflow)
