Head of AI Enablement

B2Tech is looking for a Head of AI Enablement to build and lead a company-wide AI capability from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape how AI is adopted, governed, and embedded across a growing business.

You will define the AI roadmap, select the right tools, and play a central role in helping teams use AI to work faster, smarter, and with less manual effort.

The role is suited to someone who combines practical AI experience, strong operational judgment, and a hands-on mindset to drive measurable business impact with AI.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the strategic roadmap for AI enablement across the company.

• Identify the right AI opportunities based on business need, efficiency gains, and practical impact.

• Select, manage, and govern the AI tools used across the organization.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and reduce manual work.

• Build AI adoption across departments through training, support, and clear guidance.

• Use performance insights to measure impact, efficiency, and ROI from AI initiatives.

• Help create secure, compliant, and scalable AI usage standards.

• Build the foundations for a long-term, company-wide AI capability.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-company initiatives.

• Strong background in AI tools and practical business use cases. Track

• Track record of improving processes, driving automation, and enabling adoption.

• Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Hands-on mindset with a focus on execution and delivery.

• Must have hands-on experience building AI agents and agentic workflows and implementing them in real business environments.

• Experience with modern AI tools such as OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

• Able to introduce structure and process without losing agility.

• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI in a production environment.

• Background in product, engineering, or data.

• Exposure to automation platforms and copilots.

• Experience working with governance, compliance, or security teams.

• Additional regional language skills.
