We're looking for a T-shaped growth marketer: broad enough to run any channel we operate with real fluency, deep enough in a couple of them to set the standard. You take full ownership of your domain, work rigorously from data, and communicate clearly enough that your insights change what the team does next.
You should have:
5+ years of hands-on experience in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing for SaaS or product-led companies
Working fluency across the major performance channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and Apple Search Ads (familiarity with newer surfaces like ChatGPT Ads is a plus). You don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you can pick any of them up, audit it, and optimize it
Deep, proven expertise in at least 1 or 2 of those channels, ideally Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with measurable acquisition or conversion wins to show for it
Rigorous with data: you can interpret growth data across performance marketing, CRO, SEO/AEO, and website analytics, and turn it into insights and actionable recommendations, not just dashboards (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager, BigQuery/Looker, or equivalent)
AI-native: you thrive working daily in Claude Code, Codex, or similar agentic platforms, and you're enthusiastic about building and working within contextually rich AI systems that automate and amplify marketing work
A sustainable-growth mindset: you build systems that compound and earn user trust; no blackhat tactics, no dark patterns, no growth theater
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can simplify complex subjects and tell a clear story
Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously, dependable without oversight, setting priorities in ambiguity, and owning outcomes
Nice-to-haves:
Familiarity with Todoist (bonus points if you've been using and loving it for a while!)
Background in or strong curiosity about productivity tools, team workflows, and/or consumer-to-enterprise growth models
Experience in B2B or team-based growth within a product-led motion
Familiarity with website CRO and landing page optimization workflows (A/B testing, copy testing, and experimentation platforms)
Experience managing or modernizing partner and affiliate programs (e.g., PartnerStack, ambassador or referral programs)
Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) principles and software marketplaces (App Store, Play Store, G2, Capterra, etc.)
Apply soonest, as these roles don’t come along often and we move fast.
Submit your complete application. Attach a resume (or manually entered experience) and thoughtful responses to all the application questions. No cover letter needed!
Application screening. We read every application to understand your motivation, skills, and experience. Once your application has been reviewed, you'll receive a response regarding the status of your application.
Salary transparency and Recruiter Screen. If you're shortlisted, we'll calculate and share the salary range of your location up front. Then you'll schedule a call to meet with Scott Entwistle (Talent team) for a Recruiter Screen.
Role-alignment interview with Juan Colmenares (Growth Marketing Lead).
Value-alignment interview with Emily Triplett Lentz (Head of Marketing).
Paid task assignment. This will be your opportunity to showcase your role-specific skills, how you think and work.
Culture-contribution interview with Brenna (Chief Revenue Officer).
Reference & Background checks.
Offer to the successful hire.
