Boutique real estate and fast-growing development company working with high-net-worth individuals and private investors across Europe and the UK is looking for an experienced Business & Financial Analyst.

📍 Limassol, office, full-time

💶 Salary: €4,000 gross

What you'll do:

▪️ Build and maintain financial models, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and investment scenarios

▪️ Prepare business plans and feasibility studies for real estate development projects

▪️ Analyze project profitability, ROI, and investment opportunities

▪️ Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management, shareholders, and investors

▪️ Support strategic planning, corporate structuring, and investor relations

What we expect:

▪️ Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

▪️ Strong finance background is a must; 3+ years in real estate development is a great advantage

▪️ Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis

▪️ Solid understanding of project economics, ROI, taxation principles, and corporate structures

▪️ Advanced Excel

▪️ English: Advanced

▪️ Russian: native or fluent preferred
