About TaxDome
At TaxDome, we're building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. Founded in 2017, we've grown into a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide with millions of end clients.
How we work
You'll be part of a globally distributed team built on trust, ownership, and self-management. We focus on outcomes over activity — prioritizing clear ownership, pragmatic decision-making, and accountability for results over rigid processes. Collaboration is central to how we operate: we communicate openly, involve the right people early, and continuously improve how we build products and teams together.
About this role
We're looking for a Senior Event Manager to join our Marketing team and own webinars and in-person events across different locations as a demand generation channel. This is a senior individual contributor role: you'll own events end to end, from defining what each event should produce through to the follow-up that turns attendance into pipeline. You'll work closely with the Content, Design, Demand Generation, RevOps, and MDR teams.
It's a fully remote role, we are hiring globally, with required daily overlap with North American working hours.
What you'll be responsible for
- Own webinars end to end for, from concept and content planning through speaker coordination, execution, and post-event follow-up
- Drive TaxDome's presence at in-person events and trade shows, defining how we engage attendees and create memorable experiences rather than just staffing a booth
- Plan and run TaxDome's owned events, including briefing venues and coordinating logistics for events
- Define success metrics for each event upfront and connect them to attendance, leads generated, and pipeline contribution
- Build the demand generation engine around events: marketing plans, social and ad support, and follow-up sequences that generate leads from both attendees and the wider market
- Own lead capture and qualification, ensuring contacts convert into clean CRM records with the right routing and context for follow-up
- Partner cross-functionally with Content, Design, Demand Generation, RevOps, and MDR to deliver event materials and post-event nurture
- Use AI tools across the events workflow to reduce operational overhead and free up time for strategy and creativity
- Bring new event ideas to the wider team and contribute to the success of events beyond your direct scope
What you bring
Must-have
- Proven track record owning events end to end in a B2B environment, including strategy, demand generation, and commercial outcomes, not just logistics coordination
- Strong demand generation and marketing instinct: you understand the funnel, why we run events, and how to turn attendance into leads and pipeline
- Experience generating, nurturing, and qualifying leads, with a clear point of view on which leads to prioritize and how to follow up
- Creativity in how you design and activate events, with the ability to bring fresh ideas that get people to engage
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple events at different stages without dropping details or missing deadlines
- Proficient AI fluency: you integrate AI into your daily workflow, adapt based on output quality, and can support peers in doing the same
- Comfortable working with event and webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom or similar), with the ability to pick up new tools quickly
- A team player who supports the wider team and contributes to shared goals
- Excellent written communication and briefing skills for vendors, attendees, and internal stakeholders
Nice-to-have
- B2B SaaS experience
- HubSpot experience
- Experience with ClickUp or a similar project management tool
- Experience managing international or multilingual events
- Multilingual communication skills, particularly Spanish or Portuguese
