You will lead a cross-functional Data Ops and Integration team, bringing together engineers, analysts, and product specialists. The team ensures the accuracy and availability of data for millions of TradingView users worldwide. Our projects include onboarding new exchanges and brokers, implementing automated quality control processes, and developing internal tools to simplify data operations. You will influence every stage of the data lifecycle—from integration to user experience.

Responsibilities

Lead Data Ops and Integration teams responsible for the quality and onboarding of data from exchanges, brokers, news services, and blockchain protocols.
Automate processes and implement AI for data validation and mapping, reducing manual work.
Systematize tribal knowledge and manual processes, creating repeatable and scalable workflows.
Serve as the internal product owner for the Admin Panel: build intuitive tools for managing data and configurations without engineering involvement.
Optimize integrations and processes, moving from custom development to standardized, plug-and-play solutions.

Experienced leader with 8+ years in Data Ops, Product Ops, or Fintech Operations, including at least 3 years at a Director level.
Expert in financial data: exchanges, L2/BBO, blockchain, and high-frequency data processing.
Process architect capable of scaling operations through automation and AI.
Product-minded leader who can communicate with engineers while keeping the user and business in focus.
Systems thinker who sees a manual task and immediately asks, “How can we turn this into a configuration?”
