Main Responsibilities

• Create original, clear, and high-converting performance oriented copy for landing pages, paid ads, App Store listings, newsletters, and social media

• Localize marketing content for the Spanish (Spain) market

• Write SEO-friendly content that ranks well without sounding robotic or keyword-stuffed

• Manage multiple projects and tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced, start-up style environment.

Core Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker from Spain with a strong command of English

• Excellent grammar and writing skills in Spanish

• At least 2 years of experience in conversion-focused copywriting for the Spanish market

• A performance over creativity mindset. You prefer concise, action-driven copy over lengthy, complex prose

• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices

• Experience working with travel brands is a plus

• Ability to adapt your writing style and tone to different audiences, channels, and formats

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with a healthy dose of common sense

• Excellent stakeholder management skills. You're comfortable taking a vague request from a product manager and turning it into a compelling value proposition

• Adaptable and able to switch quickly between different tones, formats, and priorities while working independently and collaboratively

• Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks and priorities with minimal supervision

• Resilient and comfortable receiving feedback from multiple stakeholders while iterating quickly

• A genuine interest in technology and travel. Experience working with AI tools is a plus.
