We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a fast-growing international fintech company operating in the payments sector. This executive role is ideal for a finance leader with strong expertise in payment systems, banking, treasury management, Forex, and digital assets.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive the company's financial strategy, oversee global financial operations, manage liquidity and risk, and support international business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔹 Lead Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Treasury, and Liquidity Management functions

• 🔹 Manage and optimize settlement flows with banks, payment providers, merchants, and partners

• 🔹 Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and reporting requirements

• 🔹 Build and maintain relationships with banks, payment institutions, brokers, and exchanges

• 🔹 Monitor and manage liquidity, credit, FX, and operational risks

• 🔹 Oversee Forex and cryptocurrency trading operations

• 🔹 Develop budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial control processes

• 🔹 Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting

• 🔹 Deliver financial insights and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making

• 🔹 Evaluate investment opportunities and support company expansion initiatives

Requirements

• ✔ 5+ years of CFO experience within Fintech, Payments, Banking, Forex, EMI, PSP, or Crypto industries

• ✔ Strong expertise in treasury, liquidity management, settlements, and international financial operations

• ✔ Deep knowledge of IFRS, accounting, taxation, reporting, and audit processes

• ✔ Understanding of EU regulations applicable to payment institutions

• ✔ Experience with Forex and cryptocurrency markets

• ✔ ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable

• ✔ Proven leadership and team management skills

• ✔ Fluent English and Russian
