Business Development Manager (Investment Products)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow commercial partnerships around Tangem’s investment products: swaps, staking, yield and on/off-ramp.

You will work with existing providers and new ecosystem partners to improve commercial terms, secure grants and incentives, and turn partnership opportunities into initiatives that create measurable value for Tangem.

Tasks

• Work with existing providers to improve commercial terms and develop joint initiatives.

• Identify grants, incentive programs and other commercial opportunities across crypto ecosystems.

• Build partner-funded campaigns with foundations, protocols and other ecosystem partners, prepare proposals and move discussions through to execution.

• Work with Sales and internal teams to identify and develop relevant partnership opportunities.

• Keep a clear view of active opportunities, priorities, next steps and expected commercial impact.

Requirements

• You know crypto extremely well and genuinely follow the industry. You understand how ecosystems, protocols, wallets, exchanges and on-chain products work.

• You may come from BD, partnerships, key account management, SDR or a similar commercial role.

• You think in a structured way and can distinguish a valuable commercial opportunity from activity for the sake of activity.

• You are comfortable reaching out to new people, building relationships and representing Tangem externally.

• You use AI naturally in your work for research, preparation, analysis and execution.

• Your English is strong enough to negotiate, present ideas and build relationships with international partners.

Key Deliverables

Success in this role is measured by achieving quarterly revenue targets through ecosystem grants and partner-funded initiatives.
