Business Development Manager (BDM)

Hostman is a European cloud and PaaS platform for SMB, B2B, SaaS and AI/ML companies that need reliable infrastructure, predictable pricing, 24/7 support and stronger control over where their data is hosted. We are looking for a Business Development Manager — someone to sharpen our go-to-market motion and drive growth in our most strategic accounts.
What you will do:
- define and continuously refine our ICP using market data, customer signals and pipeline insights;
- manage and accelerate the sales funnel for our largest, highest-potential accounts;
- own conversations with founders, CTOs and technical decision-makers from qualification to close;
- spot opportunities to improve conversion at every stage of the pipeline;
- partner with marketing, product and customer success to keep GTM efforts aligned.
We are looking for someone with:
- background in B2B sales or business development, ideally in cloud infrastructure (IaaS / PaaS), hosting, DevOps tooling or at a systems integrator;
- ability to sell to technical buyers and translate technical capabilities into business value;
- strong analytical skills — you can segment a market and identify where to focus;
- fluent English;
- self-starter mindset, comfortable in a remote and autonomous environment;
- based in Europe.
Nice to have:
- Russian language skills;
- prior experience at a cloud provider, integrator or developer-tools company;
- an existing network of technical founders and CTOs in Europe.
