JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes other businesses: Joom, a global cross-border marketplace; JoomPulse, an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.

JoomPro Brazil is entering a new growth stage, and we are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our local sales organization. You will manage and develop the sales team, build robust, data-driven sales processes, and help shape and execute our go-to-market strategy to hit ambitious GMV targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate the JoomPro Brazil sales team.
  • Design and improve sales processes, routines, and reporting.
  • Build and execute the sales go-to-market strategy, hitting GMV targets.
  • Set and track sales KPIs, driving accountability across the team.
  • Align sales initiatives with Marketing and Category Management.
  • Champion a data- and automation-enabled approach to sales management.

Requirements

  • Approach to sales: mindset grounded in data, process, and numbers.
  • People leadership: proven experience managing sales managers who themselves led teams.
  • GTM ownership: track record building and executing go-to-market strategy while hitting revenue/GMV targets.
  • Process design: experience creating and improving sales processes and routines.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: ability to align sales work with Marketing and Category Management.
  • Languages: fluent English and Portuguese.
  • Personal qualities: energetic, results-driven, hands-on leadership style.

Preferred

  • Industry background: experience in e-commerce, logistics, freight, or retail industries (e.g. home improvement, electronics, or sporting goods).
