Business Analyst Jr. [Operations Platforms]
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Operations Platform team — a core function responsible for building and scaling the internal systems that support our operational workforce and processes.
Our Operations Platform sits at the heart of the company: it powers critical workflows such as payroll, inventory, access management, recruitment, scheduling, training, and CRM-related processes. Today, many of these processes are fragmented, partially manual, and limited in scalability.
As a Business Analyst, you will take ownership of this domain — bringing structure to complex operational processes, defining system requirements, and driving the evolution of internal platforms that dozens of teams rely on daily.
This role is not just about documentation — it is about building the operational backbone of the company.
Challenges that await you:
Take ownership of the Operations Platform domain: understand existing processes, identify gaps, and define a clear roadmap for improvements
Design and evolve a master data system for operational employees, ensuring data quality, consistency, and ownership across multiple business processes (payroll, CRM, access management, scheduling, etc.)
Build and improve systems for OPS recruitment workflows (application processing, candidate communication, self-service flows), enabling automation and scalability
Analyze and structure complex operational processes such as payroll, inventory, document management, access provisioning, referral programs, and internal portals
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks (including errors and fraud), and propose scalable system solutions
Work closely with engineering teams to define system requirements, integrations, and architecture constraints
Drive integrations between internal systems (CRM, training, WFM, ambassador programs, and others)
Bring transparency to processes through documentation, metrics, and clear ownership models
Partner with operations, HR, and product teams to ensure systems support business needs and future growth
What makes you a great fit:
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst in product, fintech, or operational platforms
Strong experience in process analysis and optimization (BPMN, AS-IS / TO-BE, workflow design)
Ability to work with complex, ambiguous systems and bring structure to unstructured domains
Experience writing clear and structured requirements for engineering teams (functional & non-functional)
Understanding of system design, integrations, and data flows
Data-driven mindset: ability to work with metrics and identify process inefficiencies
Experience working with internal tools, platforms, or operational systems is a strong plus
Strong ownership and proactive mindset — ability to drive topics independently
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Fluent English (B2+)
Our ways of working:
Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions
Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances
Our benefits:
Relocation support to one of our hubs — Mexico, Cyprus, Serbia, or Georgia — with assistance for the employee and their family
Flexible work from one of our offices or remote
Healthcare Coverage
Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
