Responsibilities

• Design and configure new meta mechanics and in-game events to improve project KPIs and enhance player experience  

• Develop and refine progression systems within the game  

• Work on game economy and monetization — balancing and tuning  

• Balance and optimize the live ops cycle  

• Collaborate with game analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve the in-game economy  

What skills will you use

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer, Monetization Manager, or Product Manager on free-to-play projects

• Solid understanding of F2P monetization principles in midcore games and monetization models

• Proven track record of designing and implementing meta systems/mechanics from concept to in-game deployment

• Experience working with game analytics and a strong grasp of key product metrics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus skills:

• Experience launching or working on a commercially successful project

• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing game economy and monetization
