AI Video Creator (Digital Marketing)

We're looking for a Content Producer to create 1-2 minute AI-generated video ads for performance campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube — from concept to final cut, primarily built with AI tools.

⚠️ Portfolio with AI-generated video work is required to apply.

You will:

• Produce 1-2 min AI-generated video ads end-to-end: concept → script → visuals → voiceover → final cut.

• Generate ideas for high-performing creatives, test hypotheses, and iterate based on results.

• Build and refine an AI-first video pipeline using Seedance, Veo 3, Sora, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and LLMs.

• Write clear briefs for the production team and prompts for AI tools.

• Take part in UGC production when needed — from scouting creators to final approval.

• Optimize top-of-funnel metrics (CTR, IR, IPM) and spot emerging creative trends.

You have:

• 1+ year as a Creative Producer, Content Producer, or Scriptwriter in performance marketing.

• Hands-on experience producing AI videos, ideally longer-form with consistent characters and scenes. A portfolio showcasing your AI video work is mandatory — applications without it will not be considered.

• Strong command of AI video tools (Seedance, Veo 3, Runway, Kling) plus image, audio, and LLM stacks.

• Understanding of mobile ad formats for Meta, TikTok, YouTube.

• Familiarity with spy platforms and ability to read performance data (CTR, CPM, IPM).

• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling instincts — you can hold attention for 60-120 seconds.

• Proactive mindset, ownership, attention to detail.

• English B2+.
