We are not looking for just a Product Manager. And not just an AI Engineer.

We are looking for a hybrid — someone who is equally confident in product discovery, hands-on AI engineering, and high-stakes business communication. Someone who can lead a client presentation, defend architectural decisions to a CTO, and articulate business value to a CFO — and then open Claude Code to build the solution themselves.

You don't choose between product, engineering, and communication. You own all three.

What you will do

🔍 Product Management (Discovery, Strategy, Metrics)

• Conduct Customer Development and in-depth user interviews

• Define product hypotheses and validate them through metrics

• Own roadmap and prioritize features by business value

• Work with business metrics: LTV, retention, conversion, unit economics

• Scope MVPs and validate assumptions before development starts

🗣️ Business Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Present product strategy and progress to C-level executives and clients

• Defend product and technical decisions with clear business reasoning

• Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business cases

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with external stakeholders

• Articulate ROI, trade-offs, and risks in language that resonates with business leaders

This is not about just "reading technical documentation in English" or "casual conversation."
We need someone who can confidently argue, persuade, and present at a business level.

⚙️ Hands-on AI Development (Engineering, Code, Delivery)

• Write code using Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and other AI tools

• Build AI-powered products: RAG systems, AI agents, LLM pipelines, AI assistants

• Critically review AI-generated code — architecture, security, scalability

• Own the end-to-end path to production — from prototype to deployment

🧠 Product & Business Thinking

• Make data-driven decisions, not gut-feeling ones

• Manage unit economics and understand how products create business value

• Own product metrics: conversion, retention, LTV, NPS

• LLM & RAG: LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Gemini, local models

• Backend: Python (FastAPI / Django), Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker

• Infrastructure: CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), serverless

• Analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, BI tools
