AI Designer

We’re looking for an AI Designer who enjoys turning generative models into production-ready visual styles, creating results that go beyond experiments and can live comfortably inside a real product 🪄

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain image generation styles (image-to-image): curate references, fine-tune parameters, and ensure consistent, production-ready quality (Nano Banana Pro, Seedream, Z-Image).

• Create and optimize video generation styles (image-to-video) using Kling and Google Veo.

• Design, test, and productionize prompts for specific themes and use cases.

• Research and evaluate existing style pipelines to identify opportunities for new or improved visual styles.

• Track and analyze trends in AI-generated content, visual aesthetics, and GenAI technologies, applying relevant insights to product development.

• Produce visual content for the application showcase and featured collections.

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of styles: launch, performance monitoring, iteration, optimization, and removal from the catalog when performance declines or trends become outdated.

• Curate and update seasonal and event-based style collections (holidays, trends, cultural moments), ensuring the app showcase remains current and engaging.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an AI Designer / Prompt Engineer / GenAI Artist (or a related role: motion designer / graphic designer with strong GenAI focus).

• Hands-on experience with image and video generation, including the ability to bring styles to a stable, repeatable, production-ready quality.

• Strong prompt engineering skills: building prompt templates, adapting prompts for different themes, working with negative prompts, controlling composition, lighting, materials, and stylization.

• Strong visual taste and foundational theory: composition, color, lighting, cinematic language and camera angles (especially important for video styles).

• Experience creating prompts for image generation models such as Nano Banana Pro, Seedream, Z-Image.

• Ability to work with and create generations using Kling and Google Veo.

• Understanding of different image generation models, their strengths, limitations, and best use cases.

• Experience working with LLM-based tools, including generating textual descriptions from images.

• Active use of LLMs in daily workflows, with a focus on automation and optimization of routine tasks.

Additional requirements

• Experience with Photoshop and After Effects.

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

• Background in design (graphic design, UI/UX, illustration, or related fields).

• Ability to quickly onboard into tasks and adapt to changing requirements.

Nice to have (but not required)

• Understanding of generation parameters: seed, CFG, steps, sampler.

• Understanding of LoRA concepts and how to connect and configure them.

• Understanding of inpainting, outpainting, edit models, relight, and related terminology.

• Experience working with ControlNets and understanding how to use them effectively.

• Experience training LoRAs and working with ComfyUI.
