About the Role:
MEXC is seeking a Yandex Ads Specialist with strong experience in digital advertising and a passion for the crypto industry. You will lead Yandex and CIS-region performance marketing campaigns to drive user growth, acquisition, and engagement.

The ideal candidate is a crypto-savvy marketer who understands the CIS/Russian market, Yandex advertising ecosystem, and user behavior trends — capable of turning data insights into measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Yandex Direct advertising campaigns (search, display, and retargeting).

• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize performance.

• Develop and implement user acquisition and conversion strategies tailored to the CIS region.

• Leverage crypto market trends to create relevant ad messaging and improve engagement.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (ROI, CTR, CPA) using Yandex. Metrica and other tools.

• Research and test new Yandex ad formats and automation tools to scale results.

• Ensure compliance with crypto-related advertising regulations and Yandex policies.

• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align campaigns with brand and business goals.

• Explore and manage additional paid channels (VK, Telegram Ads, Google, etc.) as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Yandex Ads management (Direct, Metrica, Audience, Webmaster).

• Experience running campaigns for crypto projects or exchanges is a must.

• Deep understanding of the CIS/Russian market, audience behavior, and advertising regulations.

• Strong analytical and optimization skills—data-driven and detail-oriented.

• Familiar with conversion tracking, remarketing, and automated bidding strategies.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Fluent in Russian and English.
