HR InX is an international recruitment agency that helps companies find and hire top specialists in Web3 and high-risk industries. We are now looking for an independent, strong Worldwide Recruiter to join our team.

👀 We’re looking for you if:

• You have experience in full-cycle international Web3 / IT / Crypto / Digital recruitment;

• Your English level is Upper-Intermediate or higher;

• You’ve successfully closed Senior / Lead / C-level roles;

• It’s a plus if you understand the specifics of iGaming / Marketing / Sales / Blockchain / Family office;

• You know how to work with data and analytics and base your conclusions on numbers;

• You value deep assessment of candidates’ motivation and clearly understand who the client needs;

• You know how to build strong, partner-like relationships with clients;

• Experience in a startup or an agency is a plus;

• Independence, responsibility and initiative are more than just words for you;

• We are considering candidates based outside the Russian Federation.
