Web3 Copywriter

We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing compelling B2B content—ranging from blog posts and newsletters to thought leadership pieces—and writing high-level materials. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in writing for Web3 and crypto industries, with a knack for topic ideation and in-depth research to produce authoritative, on-brand content, as well as running profiles on LinkedIn and X.

SEO Strategy & Content Planning

• Conduct SEO research, including keyword analysis, user intent mapping, and topic clustering.

• Build and maintain Mercuryo’s blog content roadmap based on search trends, user behavior, and competitive gaps.

• Identify new opportunities for organic growth in the US and globally.

• Ensure all blog content follows best SEO practices for structure, metadata, internal linking, and search relevance.

Content Creation

• Write high-quality, long-form articles on Web3, crypto payments, fintech, digital wallets, etc.

• Translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and informative content.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting tone to different topics and audiences.

• Occasionally support the team with additional writing tasks, including newsletters, landing pages, and research summaries.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Track blog traffic, keyword rankings, and reader engagement through Google Analytics and SEO tools.

• Regularly evaluate content performance and propose improvements to strategy, structure, or priorities.

• Run content refresh cycles for existing articles to improve rankings and ensure accuracy.

• Conduct competitor research to stay ahead on high-value topics and emerging opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• As part of the Content team, work with Product, Partner Marketing, and Compliance to ensure accuracy of all published content.

• Coordinate with Design on visual elements for blog posts.

• Participate in wider content planning and campaign discussions in the marketing team.

• Support multi-channel initiatives by adapting blog content into social-friendly formats when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience with content writing and SEO, ideally in Web3, crypto, or fintech.

• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search intent, and keyword prioritization.

• Proven experience writing high-quality long-form content that ranks.

• Ability to analyze data (Google Analytics, SEO tools) and make strategic decisions from it.

• Familiarity with major crypto ecosystems, payments rails, and wallet UX.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

• Bonus: experience with content refresh frameworks, competitive analysis tools, or data-driven storytelling.
