VoIP specialist

Cyprus, Paphos.

Responsibilities:

• Configuring and supporting VoIP systems (Asterisk).

• Development and implementation of VoIP solutions

• Configuration and optimization of SIP trunks, call routing

• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of communication quality problems

• Integration of VoIP systems with CRM and other corporate systems

• User support and staff training.

• Participation in the design and implementation of new telecommunication projects

• Ensuring the security and reliability of VoIP networks

Requirements:

• Experience as a VoIP specialist for 3 years

• Experience working with Asterisk

• Knowledge of SIP, RTP, RTCP, H.323 protocols.

• Experience with VoIP equipment and softphones

• Confident knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS)

• Programming skills in scripting languages (e.g. Python, Perl) will be a plus

• Knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation

Relocation conditions:

• Accommodation is provided for the first 2 weeks in a guest villa or hotel

• Air tickets are paid for the candidate and his family with additional luggage (50 kg per person). Tickets are compensated upon receipt of the first salary

• Official employment (but not immediately, but after a 2-3 month trial period)

• Contract for 2 years
