Video Frontend Developer

Responsibilities:

• Development of web-based cross-browser video player for live streaming

• Development of UI for sidekick tools & control planes

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of modern JS stack, TS, including modern APIs

• Experience with websockets

• Experience with Docker for development

• Experience with debugging

• Experience with writing unit tests

• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Gitlab CI

• Experience with strongly typed languages, e.g. Go, Java
  
  Bonus points for:

• Experience with video streaming 

• Experience with sending client metrics or events for traceability in Grafana, Sentry or similar

• Familiarity with latest web streaming trends, e.g. MoQ, webtransport, webcodecs

• Understanding of H264, AAC codecs

• Experience with GRPC
