User Acquisition Manager (Snapchat/TikTok)

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Snapchat/TikTok) to join our UA team and take ownership of paid acquisition across Snapchat and TikTok. You will be responsible for scaling traffic, testing new approaches, analyzing performance, and driving funnel growth through data-driven decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition.

• Strong experience with Snapchat Ads and/or TikTok Ads.

• Experience with $400k monthly ad spend.

• Strong understanding of key UA metrics: CPA, ROI/ROAS, LTV, CVR, CPM, CTR.

• Experience with web and/or app funnels.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data.

• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

• Experience managing AppLovin campaigns will be a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on Snapchat and TikTok.

• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining target performance.

• Analyze funnel, audience, geo, and creative performance.

• Develop and test new campaign hypotheses and approaches.

• Work closely with the Creative and Analytics teams.

• Continuously improve campaign structures, processes, and testing approaches.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Meta or AppLovin.

• Experience with both web and app acquisition.

• Experience working with subscription products.

• Experience with automation and building scalable UA processes.
